The price is the same for homes and commercial properties. Your tester selects appropriate sampling locations during the visit.

An adult age 18 or older, authorized to provide access, must remain for the entire visit, including at vacant properties. We cannot test an unattended property or a home where only minors are present.
Secure pets, supervise children and keep sampling areas safely accessible. Keys, lockbox codes and remote permission do not replace an adult's presence. Our tester may decline entry or stop work if conditions are unsafe or threatening.
Changes: Give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, your deposit is non-refundable.
Results: Lab turnaround averages three business days; this is not guaranteed. The remaining balance is paid online before your reviewed report is released.
