Bringing Home Baby? Check Your Home for Moisture and Mold.
Our Newborn / Pregnancy Home Check applies our environmental inspection service to the areas you are concerned about before or after a baby arrives. It focuses on accessible building conditions, relevant moisture observations, photographs and sampling within the agreed scope.
An independent report gives your family a documented picture of the inspected areas and a useful starting point for addressing moisture concerns. Your healthcare team can advise on pregnancy or infant-health questions.

Suspicious staining, recurring moisture or a musty odor can raise questions during a purchase or sale. An independent assessment can document the accessible concern and provide relevant laboratory findings for the parties to consider.
Bring us the areas flagged during your general home inspection, available leak or repair records, and your transaction deadline. We can add focused moisture observations, photographs and laboratory findings to your property record. Laboratory results average three business days, without a guaranteed turnaround; coordinate contract timing with your agent or attorney.

Independent documentation for builders and new-home buyers
A reported leak, suspicious staining or a musty odor deserves a clear response. We can provide inspection observations, moisture readings, photographs, appropriate sampling and a written report to help the parties understand the condition and discuss the next step.
Builders can use independent findings to organize a repair response and document follow-up conditions. Buyers can retain the report with their purchase, warranty and repair records. We never sell remediation, so our findings are independent of a cleanup sales pitch.

Renters, responsible landlords and property managers all benefit from a clear record. We can document observations, relevant moisture readings, photographs and laboratory findings from selected samples. Our conclusions address the property conditions, regardless of who paid for the inspection.
Turn a concern into documented evidence. Keep the independent report alongside your written repair requests and communications so everyone has specific findings to discuss.

Follow-up assessment can help document conditions after remediation. Provide the work scope, previous findings and any agreed verification criteria so the inspection can address the relevant questions. Results must stand on the observed conditions and evidence, including findings that show further work is needed.
Plan the verification scope with us before booking, especially when a project has specific sampling or acceptance criteria. Our findings remain independent whether you contact us directly or a contractor refers you.
What to expect at the appointment
The standard visit is one hour and focuses on the agreed, accessible areas through a non-destructive inspection. Share the locations you are concerned about and any previous repair records to help us plan the visit. An authorized adult aged 18 or older must remain throughout the visit, including at a vacant property.
Booking and payment are online only. A 50% deposit reserves the appointment; the remaining balance is due online before report release. At least 48 hours’ cancellation or rescheduling notice is required; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
