COCHISE COUNTY · INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS & TESTING

Documentation for homes, rentals and commercial properties.

Sierra Vista is part of our initial Southern Arizona service area. Our team travels from Benson, and appointments are booked online with the property address and an available time. We serve residential and commercial properties under the same base package.

We test it. We document it. We don’t sell you the remediation.

For occupied and vacant rentals

An authorized adult aged 18 or older must be present for the entire appointment, including at a vacant property. A key, door code or an unattended minor does not replace that requirement. Landlords and property managers should coordinate the responsible adult and access before booking.

What you receive

The $495 residential or commercial package includes one indoor air sample, one outdoor comparison sample, laboratory analysis and written findings. Relevant photographs, observations and moisture readings help explain the results within the agreed inspection scope. Additional indoor samples are $69 each.

We document conditions for whoever hires us. The report can help a homeowner plan a repair, a tenant communicate a concern or a landlord understand what needs attention. Optional remediation referrals are available; we do not sell the cleanup.

Book online in Sierra Vista

  2. Choose an available appointment and enter the property address.

Appointments are one hour, with travel time reserved between visits. Published availability uses Arizona time. An authorized adult aged 18 or older must stay for the entire visit. Give at least 48 hours’ cancellation or rescheduling notice; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. Laboratory results average three business days, without a guaranteed deadline. The remaining balance is paid online before report release.
