GRAHAM COUNTY · INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS & TESTING

Independent assessment in our Eastern Arizona service area.

Our initial coverage includes Safford and Graham County. Choose the appropriate service area in the online booking flow and provide the full property address so the visit can be assigned correctly. Travel is coordinated from our Benson base.

We test it. We document it. We don’t sell you the remediation.

For a property with repeated moisture concerns

Bring together earlier repair notes, photographs and any previous laboratory reports. Explain what changed after a repair and where the concern returned. A new assessment can document the current conditions without assuming the earlier cause or outcome.

What you receive

The $495 residential or commercial package includes one indoor air sample, one outdoor comparison sample, laboratory analysis and written findings. Relevant photographs, observations and moisture readings help explain the results within the agreed inspection scope. Additional indoor samples are $69 each.

We document conditions for whoever hires us. The report can help a homeowner plan a repair, a tenant communicate a concern or a landlord understand what needs attention. Optional remediation referrals are available; we do not sell the cleanup.
