COCHISE COUNTY · INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS & TESTING

Independent testing from our first operating base.

Benson is the starting base for our Southern and Eastern Arizona testing service. Homeowners, renters, landlords and property managers can use the same service and reporting process as the surrounding communities.

We test it. We document it. We don’t sell you the remediation.

Prepare a useful property history

Before the appointment, gather the dates of leaks, previous repairs and any recurring odor or staining. Identify the rooms of concern and make the agreed inspection areas accessible. This gives the inspector context without requiring you to disturb suspect materials.

What you receive

The $495 residential or commercial package includes one indoor air sample, one outdoor comparison sample, laboratory analysis and written findings. Relevant photographs, observations and moisture readings help explain the results within the agreed inspection scope. Additional indoor samples are $69 each.

We document conditions for whoever hires us. The report can help a homeowner plan a repair, a tenant communicate a concern or a landlord understand what needs attention. Optional remediation referrals are available; we do not sell the cleanup.
