PIMA COUNTY · INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS & TESTING

A clear record when a property concern needs attention.

For a Tucson home, rental or commercial property, you can document the affected areas and arrange an independent inspection through the same Mold Testing Express booking process. Our Southern Arizona team travels from its Benson base; this page does not represent a separate Tucson storefront.

We test it. We document it. We don’t sell you the remediation.

Rental repairs and building conditions

If you rent in Tucson, keep maintenance requests and photographs together. Our Arizona renter guide explains written notice and links to legal help. Tucson Code Enforcement lists mold among matters it does not investigate; ask the City about an underlying building condition within its authority.

What you receive

The $495 residential or commercial package includes one indoor air sample, one outdoor comparison sample, laboratory analysis and written findings. Relevant photographs, observations and moisture readings help explain the results within the agreed inspection scope. Additional indoor samples are $69 each.

We document conditions for whoever hires us. The report can help a homeowner plan a repair, a tenant communicate a concern or a landlord understand what needs attention. Optional remediation referrals are available; we do not sell the cleanup.
