Online appointments
Our booking process is designed for confirmed appointments: choose samples and an available time, enter the service address, and pay the required deposit. We do not schedule by phone or collect payment at the property. The booking page displays whether paid appointments are open.
One package for every property type
The $495 package applies to residential and commercial properties throughout our Southern and Eastern Arizona service region. It includes one indoor air sample, one outdoor comparison sample, laboratory analysis and reviewed written findings. Additional indoor air samples during the same visit are $69 each. A 50% deposit is due at booking, and the remaining 50% is due online before reviewed report release. The base package is two payments of $247.50.
A responsible adult must be present
A responsible adult age 18 or older, authorized to provide access, must meet the tester and remain at the property throughout the appointment. This applies to occupied and vacant properties. We will not enter or test an unattended property or a home where only minors are present. Keys, lockbox codes and remote permission do not replace an adult’s presence. If no authorized adult is present, the inspection cannot proceed and must be rescheduled.
Safe access during your appointment
Please secure pets, supervise children, keep access to sampling areas clear, and tell us about known hazards before the visit. Our testers do not supervise children or pets. We may decline entry or stop work if conditions are unsafe or threatening.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Give at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. With less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable. Use the appointment-management link in your confirmation for changes outside that cutoff. For a late change, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation.
Lab turnaround and report release
Lab turnaround averages three business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; timing can vary. Your reviewed report is released after the remaining balance is paid online. We do not collect payment at your property.
Information used for bookings
Acuity Scheduling collects the contact information, property address, appointment details and acknowledgments needed to arrange and perform your inspection. Stripe processes payments. Please do not enter medical records or sensitive information about other people in appointment notes. For questions about your booking information, contact us using the business contact details in your confirmation.
Site technology
This website theme does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting providers may use technical logs and security cookies to operate the service. Linked external resources have their own privacy policies. Our booking provider is Acuity Scheduling and our payment processor is Stripe. Their privacy policies also describe how they process data: Acuity / Squarespace privacy and Stripe privacy.
Assessment, testing and referrals
We provide independent assessment and testing and do not perform remediation. On request, we can recommend trusted remediation companies; you choose who to hire. Testing documents sampled conditions within the agreed scope. It does not diagnose illness, certify a building as safe or mold-free, or guarantee a legal, insurance or reimbursement outcome.
